1. General
1.1. The SmileSip 3-Month Supply Giveaway ("Giveaway") is organised by Osho Life Pty Ltd (ABN: 34674826352) ("Promoter"). By entering, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1.2. The Giveaway is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
1.3. The Giveaway begins on 1st May 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on 31st May 2025 ("Promotional Period").
2. How to Enter
2.1. To enter, participants must complete the Facebook lead generation form during the Promotional Period.
2.2. Limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
3. Prize Details
3.1. The prize is a 3-month supply of SmileSip. This includes 9 x 10-pack boxes in flavours of the winner’s choice.
3.2. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
3.3. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar product if necessary.
4. Winner Selection
4.1. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on Friday, 6th June 2025.
4.2. The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a redraw may occur.
4.3. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Conditions of Entry
5.1. By entering, you consent to the Promoter using your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
5.2. You confirm that all information provided is accurate and true. False information will result in disqualification.
6. Privacy Policy
6.1. All personal information collected will be used in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy and for administering the Giveaway.
6.2. You can request access to or correction of your personal information by contacting the Promoter at hello@smilesip.co.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Additional Terms
8.1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
8.2. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
