Eligibility for Refund

• Only unopened and unused sachets within the original pouches qualify for a refund.
• Each returned pouch must contain at least 9 unused sachets.
• You are allowed to open and use up to one sachet to determine if the product meets your satisfaction.
• Opened or original seal broken sachets will not be eligible for a refund.

• Provide your order number and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
